- No payment information found: If the blockchain explorer doesn't display the relevant transaction information, it means the payment hasn't been completed yet. You just need to continue waiting patiently as the payment will be completed later.

- Transaction information available: If you can query the relevant transaction information in the blockchain explorer, it indicates that the mining pool has already completed the payment. At this time, please check your wallet to confirm whether you have received the coins.

Contact customer service for support if there are problems:

- If the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain but your wallet balance hasn't been updated, please contact the customer service of the exchange or wallet you are using in a timely manner.

- Provide the transaction ID (TXID) to the customer service. You can consult through the online customer service or the official email to help them verify whether the payment has arrived smoothly.

The payment processing time may be affected by factors such as blockchain network congestion and the settlement frequency of the mining pool. So please be patient.
