The mining machines are working properly. So, why does the mining pool page show that the miners are offline or invalid?

I. Miners are operating normally, yet the mining pool page shows that the miners are offline or invalid. The following reasons may account for this:

There are problems with the mining address, miner name, password, or the configuration software during the setup of the miners.
Please carefully check whether the configurations of the miners for the offline or invalid miners are correct

2. The miners have been running for a short period of time and haven't submitted data to the mining pool yet.
In such a situation, please keep the mining machines running stably for 10 to 20 minutes and then observe the relevant data.

3. The network connections of the miners are unstable or the miners are idling.
(1) Miner idling usually results from power outages or network fluctuations when the mining machines are working.
(2) Please check whether the network connections of the miners are normal and try restarting the miners and then observe.
If the problem remains unresolved after excluding the above reasons, please submit a work order to contact us.
