How to deal with a high rejection rate?
Share:

Based on the working principle of the mining pool, the mining pool continuously assigns new work tasks to the miners, and the miners then send the results back to the mining pool. However, there is latency in the network connection between the miners and the mining pool. Invalid submissions caused by network latency are referred to as the rejection rate.

A rejection rate within 3% is considered normal. If the rejection rate is higher than 3%, please check the following:

1. Whether the network connection is normal. A sudden increase in the rejection rate is usually due to the instability of the mining pool's network.

2. Whether the temperature of the miner is too high. An overly high temperature of the miner can affect its hashrate and rejection rate.

3. Firmware issues. Some mining machines may have a relatively high rejection rate due to firmware problems. If such a situation occurs, you can consult the miner manufacturer.

Note: If there are no problems with the mining machine's configuration and network connection, yet the rejection rate remains high, please submit a work order to contact us.
