I. What Is a Sub-account?

WhalePool supports the addition of multiple mining sub-accounts, which can be used independently as mining accounts. The hashrate and mining earnings of each sub-account will be displayed separately. This makes it convenient to manage multiple mining sites, multiple clients, or mining of different cryptocurrencies.

II. What Are the Functions of Sub-accounts?

1. Different wallet addresses can be set separately for receiving payments.

2. Different alert notification email boxes and Telegram accounts can be set separately.

3. It is convenient to manage multiple different mining accounts and mining cryptocurrencies.

You can set multiple mining sub-accounts according to your own needs to manage multiple agency users, monitor the computing power of multiple mining sites and multiple mining machines, or settle the mining earnings of each sub-account separately. Each sub-account has independent mining pool and wallet management, and meanwhile, reminder notifications for changes in computing power can be set independently.

III. How to Add a Sub-account?

1. Enter the official website of WhalePool (https://WhalePool.com/) and log in to your account. Then click on [Account Settings] in the account dropdown menu to make settings.

2. After entering the mining account settings page, click on the [Add] button in the mining account options to add a new sub-account.

3. On the pop-up page, enter the account name (a mining account consists of 6 - 15 lowercase letters or numbers and cannot start with a number) and add remarks (optional). After filling in the information, click on [Confirm] to complete the addition.

IV. How to Sort Sub-accounts?

1. If there are quite a number of sub-accounts, you can sort them. Click on the [Sort] button on the mining account page to start sorting.

2. Once you enter the sorting page, you can drag the whole row to sort, or click on the [Pin to Top] button to sort. After the sorting is completed, click on [Save].

V. How to Switch Sub-accounts?

Enter the official website of WhalePool (https://WhalePool.com/) and log in to your account. Click on the dropdown menu under the mining account name on the navigation bar, and then click on the sub-account you want to switch to. After the switch is completed, the mining pool will display the mining data information of the current sub-account.
